Benefits
For full-time employees and their eligible dependents, Stripes Stores, a 7-Eleven company, offers a high deductible health plan with optional HAS and a copay style plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you elect medical coverage, you also are eligible for prescription drug coverage. A vision plan is available for full-time employees as well.
The company offers paid time off for holidays, vacation, sick time, jury duty, and bereavement.
Profit sharing/401(k) Plan is available to all employees after 90 days of employment.
Occupational Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is available to store employees at no cost. In addition, Basic Term Life insurance is available at no cost to all employees. Optional Term Life and AD&D for additional coverage for full-time employees and their eligible dependents are available.
